Prior experience includes Service Line Manager-Fracturing at Millennium Stimulation Services, Supervisor at Canyon Technical Services Ltd., and various positions at Logan and Century Frac Services, demonstrating a strong track record in leadership, field supervision, and quality control. Ron began their career at Trican Well Service Ltd. as a Datavan Operator, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and providing training to new personnel.
