Paolo Nibioli is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in the chemical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Element Solutions Inc since March 2017, Nibioli oversees global operations across 29 sites. Previous roles include Vice President of Supply Chain Europe, Director of Manufacturing for chemical sites in Europe, and Site Manager responsible for supply chain operations in Trecate. Prior experience includes Plant Manager at 3V SIGMA, where Nibioli managed a chemical plant specializing in batch production, and various engineering roles at Casale Group, Agip KCO, and Tecnomare, focusing on the design and cost estimation of chemical and offshore production facilities. Nibioli holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Oil & Gas Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, respectively.
