Colleen Nastri, Esq. serves as Legal Counsel - Americas at Element Solutions Inc since June 2024. Previously, Colleen held the position of Corporate Counsel at Cadenza Innovation, Inc. from April 2022 to May 2024, and Vice President of Legal and Patent Protection at Drew Marine from December 2020 to 2022. With extensive experience as a Patent Agent at Cantor Colburn LLP and Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP, Colleen specialized in preparing and prosecuting patent applications for various technological areas. Colleen began a career in patent management as a Patent Manager at MacDermid, after working as a Senior Research Chemist. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bucknell University, a Master of Science in Chemistry from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
