Nhlakanipho Mtungwa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in materials planning and supply chain management, currently serving as the Materials Planning Manager at Element Six since May 2022. Nhlakanipho has held various positions within Element Six (PTY) Ltd – DeBeers Industrial Diamond Group, including roles as Production Planner, Supply Chain Planner, and Planning Supervisor, all while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Nhlakanipho's educational background includes a BCom Honours in Operations and Quality Management and an Advanced Diploma in Operations Management from the Production Management Institute of SA, along with certifications in Production & Inventory Management from the IISCM.
