Mike Spencer-Jones is an experienced SQL Database Administrator with a career spanning over 25 years in the IT industry. Currently serving as an SQL Database Administrator at Element Six since October 2017 and as the Director and owner of Spencer-Jones Associates, Mike provides SQL Server Database Administration services across various versions from 2000 to 2014. Additional roles include overseeing the management of Marlow Regatta Ltd, providing SQL DBA support at Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland, and improving SQL Server performance at McLaren Technology Group. Previous experience includes senior positions at HP Enterprise Services, where Mike led a team of SQL Server DBAs, and interim leadership roles in database administration at Charis Grants Ltd. Mike also served as Chairman of the Marsh Gibbon School PTA, demonstrating leadership and community involvement.
