Rikke Aas has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Element Logic® since February 2015. Prior to this role, Rikke worked as a Project Controller and HR Manager at the same company. Rikke's professional journey includes positions as a Care Worker at Fet kommune and in various customer support and back office roles at Hager Group and Top Temp. Rikke also has a strong background in the educational sector, having worked as an Educator and Site Manager at H&M, where involvement in setting up call centers across Europe was notable. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor course in Human Resources Management from BI Norwegian Business School and participation in the Solstrandprogrammet at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
