Sylvie Belanger has over 17 years of experience at Element Fleet Management, starting in July 2009 and currently serving as a Customer Care Manager after previously holding positions as Supervisor of Licensing and Insurance and Team Lead. Prior to this tenure, Sylvie worked at P&D Technologies from June 1996 to June 2009, where responsibilities included supervising a team of 17 to 30 employees and managing insurance tracking for leased vehicles.
