Luis Enrique Lucio has extensive work experience in the field of credit and collections. Luis Enrique started their career at Siemens in 1999 as a Financial Controller, where they were responsible for cash flow management and collection administration. Luis Enrique then moved on to TIP México in 2013, where they held the role of Gerente de Credito y Cobranzas, overseeing monthly and annual budgeting for collection and payment activities. In 2018, they joined Pioneer Electronics as Manager Credit & Collections, where they focused on portfolio expiration control, debt restructuring, and negotiation with delinquent clients. Currently, they hold the position of HEAD OF COLLECTION AND CREDIT RECOVERY at Element Fleet Management since 2020.

Luis Enrique Lucio has an extensive education history. Luis Enrique obtained a Curso in Business Leadership from the Great Place to Work Institute in India in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Universidad del Valle de México from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, they also completed a Diplomatura in Strategic Direction for Debt Recovery from the Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte. Before pursuing their MBA, they completed a Postgraduate in Business Administration from EDIME Universidad de la Sabana in 2006-2007. Luis Enrique also holds a Postgraduate in Marketing from the Universidad del Valle de México in 2000-2001 and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the same institution from 1995 to 1999. Furthermore, they have additional certifications including an MBA in Finance from the Universidad del Valle de México earned in 2016 and a Postgraduate in Marketing from UNITEC.
