David Colman is Executive Vice President & General Counsel. He manages the legal, regulatory and governance functions of the business. Colmanā€™s team oversees the legal matters associated with customer and vendor relationships, litigation, regulatory matters and the work of outside counsel, and supports Elementā€™s Board of Directors.

Colman joined Element in 2017 after five years at Blake, Cassels & Graydon, LLP. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration and European history from Washington and Lee University and his law degree and a Master of International Relations degree from the University of Toronto.
