Daniel Janeczko is the co-founder and head grower at Element Farms since January 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a process development intern at Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from June 2016 to August 2016. Daniel also served as a campus marketing intern at Venture for America from January 2016 to May 2016. In addition, they worked as a level II research assistant at Cornell Horticulture Department from July 2015 to December 2015, and as an intern and research assistant at Cornell Orchards from May 2014 to August 2014. Daniel also has experience as a mason tender at Petrecki & Son from June 2013 to August 2013. Furthermore, they co-headed the Lukestrong Olympics Committee at Nick's Fight to be Healed from February 2013 to June 2013, organizing a charity event that raised over $5,000 for the Nicks Fight to be Healed Foundation. Lastly, they worked as a soccer coach at Sportsplex of Halfmoon from November 2010 to April 2012.
