Jhoanne Montano has a diverse work experience. Jhoanne began their career in 2012 as a Probation Officer for Fairfax County Government. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Program Assistant for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In 2017, they joined McLean Mortgage Corporation as a Government Insuring Specialist, where they were responsible for various tasks including reviewing loan files, communicating with clients and investors, and developing training material. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Generalist at Element Critical.

Jhoanne Montano holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Virginia Commonwealth University, which they earned between 2010 and 2012. Later, between 2013 and 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from the same university.
