Dillon also serves as a System Engineer at Element Church, overseeing AVL installation and volunteer leadership, while previously holding roles such as Associate Production Director and Audio Leader, focusing on engineering and technical arts. As the Owner of True Sound Studio, Dillon excels in recording, mixing, mastering, and audio production. Early career experiences include an internship at The Tracking Room Studio and training at The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, solidifying expertise in analog and digital recording techniques. Dillon's professional journey began with custodial work at JaniKing, demonstrating a strong work ethic from the outset.
