Nicolas NADAL has held a variety of roles in the apparel and accessories industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Men & Boy Accessories Product Developer at Billabong, where their responsibilities included sourcing and fabric development, supplier allocation, technical file follow-up, prototype follow-up and approval, and price negotiation. In 2012, they became the Senior Product Developer at Element, where their duties included supplier allocation, supplier panel analysis and appraisal, sourcing and fabrics development, development and quality follow-up, negotiation and prices approval, global margin follow-up and approval, product-development team management, and focus on woven categories such as shirts, pants, and denims. Nicolas traveled to Asia, Portugal, and Morocco for product quality and pricing follow-up. In 2013, they moved to Element Brand as the Global Head of Merchandising & Product Development and the Global Concept to Consumer senior manager, and in 2017, they became the Apparel & Accessories Product Manager.
Nicolas NADAL obtained their BTS in Management des Unités Commerciales from MFR Pontonx sur L'adour between 2006 and 2008.
