Andy Fitzgerald, PhD has worked in the field of Information Architecture & Content Strategy since 2012. Andy began their career at Deloitte Digital as an Associate Design Director and Senior UX Architect. In 2014, they joined frog as an Interaction Designer. From 2016 to 2021, they ran their own consulting business, Andy Fitzgerald Consulting, LLC, where they specialized in research-driven modeling, design, and validation techniques for information structure, organization, labeling, and navigation. Andy Fitzgerald, PhD completed their education history by obtaining their PhD in English Language and Literature from the University of Washington in 2011. Prior to this, they obtained an M.A in English Language and Literature from the same university in 2007. Andy also attended the Universit\u00e9 Paris-Sorbonne from 2004 to 2005, studying Lettres Modernes. Andy obtained their Bachelor of Arts in both English and French from the University of Washington in 2004. Additionally, they have obtained a range of certifications from various institutions, such as the Hasso Plattner Institute, the Semantic Web Company GmbH (SWC), and Udemy.
