Roland Wagner has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Roland started their career as an intern at the Nuclear Power Plant in Gundremmingen in 2006. After that, they worked as a diploma thesis at Zentrum für angewandte Messtechnik Memmingen GmbH. In 2007, they joined Yacht as a PCB Design Engineer, where they gained experience in using different design tools and technologies. Roland then worked at Nokia Mobile Phones, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Design Engineer Concepting, Senior RF-Design Engineer, and PCB Design Engineer. At Liebherr Elektronik GmbH, they worked as a Teamlead process technology. From 2014 to 2018, Roland worked at e.solutions GmbH, where they held roles as a Senior Design Engineer, Principal Hardware Engineer, Technical Lead PCB, and Team Lead, Product Integration. Most recently, they joined Elektrobit (EB) in 2018 as a Team Lead - Product Integration.

From 1998 to 2001, Roland Wagner completed an apprenticeship in Communication Electronics at Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG. Roland focused on the field of study in Radio Frequency Engineering during this time.
