Johnny Minardi is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in A&R roles. Currently, Johnny serves as the Head of Fueled By Ramen and Co-Head of Roadrunner Records, both positions held since July 2017. In addition, Johnny is the SVP of A&R at Elektra Music Group since May 2023. Previously, Johnny worked at Equal Vision Records as an A&R from May 2015 to July 2017, and held A&R positions at Atlantic Records from December 2006 to September 2012 and Fueled By Ramen from October 2004 to September 2012. Early career experience includes serving as President of LLR Recordings, an indie label known for releasing records from The Academy Is.
