Stephane Hourdille has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. From 1998 to 2001, they worked at Maxifoto as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for extending and maintaining the software of their imaging system installed on rides in theme parks worldwide. Since 2001, they have been working at Elekta, where they have held various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, and currently as a Principal System Architect.

Stephane Hourdille attended Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a DUT degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields such as edge computing, ASP.NET, Docker and Kubernetes, clean architecture, microservices, and machine learning. These certifications were acquired from institutions such as LinkedIn and Pluralsight, with the most recent certification obtained in 2023.
