Bora T. has extensive work experience in the field of medical physics. From 2019, they held various roles at Elekta, starting as the Director of Business and MR Linac Sales Development for the Middle East, Africa, and India. Bora then progressed to become the Director and Head of MR-Linac & Linac Business Line for the Region of Turkey, India, Middle East, and Africa. Later, they took on the position of Director, BLs Excellence + Head of MR-Linac & Linac BL, overseeing the Turkey, India, Middle East, and Africa region. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Head of Linac & MR-Linac BLs, responsible for Japan, Asia Pacific, Turkey, India, and the Middle East & Africa regions. Prior to their time at Elekta, they worked as the Chief Medical Physicist at Yeni Yuzyil Universitesi Ozel Gaziosmanpasa Hastanesi and as a Medical Physicist at Gammaray Oncology Centre.

Bora T. completed a Bachelor's degree in Physics Engineering from Hacettepe University from 2003 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Medical Physics at Gazi University. They then obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Physics from Gebze Technical University, which took place from 2010 to 2016. In 2019-2020, Bora T. pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Maltepe University. Additionally, they completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2020.
