Ruslan Seredyuk has extensive experience in the software development industry, currently serving as the Chief Engineering Officer at ELEKS since November 2006. Prior to this, they held various roles such as Executive VP of Engineering, Software Delivery Director, Delivery Manager, Senior Project / Program Manager, Account Manager / Project Manager, Project Manager, and Test Manager. With a background in technology management and software and hardware engineering, they have demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, software delivery, testing activities, and client relationships. Their education includes a Master's degree from UCU Business School and a Master of Science from Lviv Polytechnic National University. They also have experience working as a Test Engineer at Intellias.
