Marina Vyshegorodskikh is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at ELEKS since November 2019. Previously, Marina held significant roles at Ciklum from December 2005 to May 2019, including Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors for Ciklum Holdings and VP of HR & Organisational Development, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of HR strategy, cultural alignment, and organizational structuring. Prior experience includes HR Director at Documentum Services CIS and HR Manager at TerraLink. Marina holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a diploma in Mathematics and Psychology from Voronezh State University.
