Andrew Pardoe has worked in the audio engineering field since 1996. Andrew began their career as a Systems Engineer at Bose Corporation in 1996. In 2000, they joined NXT as a Senior Engineer, and then moved to Turbosound in 2002 as a Senior Development Engineer. In 2006, they became an Electro-Acoustics Engineer at Martin Audio, and then a Technical Specialist at Traction Sound in 2010. In 2013, they joined MUSIC Group as a Senior Manager Acoustics, and in 2017 they became Manager, Engineering, Professional and Commercial Speaker Systems (BT-CO/ENG3.4) at Electro-Voice Official.

Andrew Pardoe attended William Hulme's Grammar School from 1984 to 1991, where they obtained an A-Level in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Andrew then attended The University of Salford from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a BEng in Electro-Acoustics, with a focus on Acoustics, Audio Electronics, and Mechanical.
