Toni Lindsey started their work experience in 1995 as a Supervisor of Operations at National Auto Credit, where they worked until 1998. In 1998, they joined Electronic Merchant Systems as the Director of Human Resources, and their role there is ongoing.

Toni Lindsey attended Kent State University from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Business Management.
