Bill (Karl) Swonger P.E. has a solid work experience in the engineering field. In addition to their academic degrees, Bill Swonger has also obtained several certifications. In 1980, they received the Commercial Pilot Single and Multi Engine Instrument Airplane, Rotorcraft - Helicopter certification from the Federal Aviation Administration. In 2000, they obtained the State of Ohio Professional Engineer certification. The most recent certification they acquired was the Flight Instructor Multi-Engine Airplane Instrument, which they obtained from the Federal Aviation Administration in December 2006.
