Austin Backal has extensive experience in channel campaign management and merchant services, currently serving as Channel Campaign Director at Electronic Caregiver since April 2021. Prior to this role, Austin held the position of Director of Merchant Services at CCI Merchant Services from August 2014 to February 2021, where expertise in managing merchant relationships and services was developed.
