Renu Assi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Services, People Experience at Electronic Arts (EA) since July 2022, leading global HR support teams across multiple locations for a workforce of 20,000. Additionally, Renu holds a position as a Board Trustee for MumsAid, a charity focusing on mental health support for women. Prior to EA, Renu worked at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where roles included Director of People and Associate Director of Human Resources. Renu's earlier career included positions at SNL Financial and Landsbanki London Branch, showcasing a strong background in HR management and strategic partnership with organizational leaders.
