Sofia Nyman is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Communications Manager for Finance, IT & Legal, as well as IT & Digital, at Electrolux Group since September 2021. Previously, Sofia held roles as Communications & HR Specialist and Junior Communications & HR Specialist within Electrolux IT. Prior experience includes internships in Learning & Organisational Development and Learning & Development at Roche from December 2019 to August 2021. Sofia completed a research internship for a Master thesis on Emotion Regulation at Work at Maastricht University from January 2019 to August 2019. Earlier work experience includes positions as a Personal Care Assistant at Vivida Assistans AB and Assistansbolaget i Sverige AB, a Bartender at Albion Place Hotel during a working-holiday visa in Australia, and as a Production Worker at Lantmännen Unibake. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Work & Organisational Psychology from Maastricht University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.
