Łukasz Nowogrodzki has extensive experience in manufacturing and management within the electronics and appliance industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Electrolux for the EMEA INDOP Żarów Plant since July 2007, after holding various managerial roles including Maintenance and Engineering Manager and Supply Chain Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Production Manager at LG Electronics and a Production Supervisor role at Whirlpool Corporation. Łukasz began their career as a Technician at NOMAR. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University, postgraduate studies in Management of Industrial Systems from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, and a Master of Engineering in Electromechanical Engineering from the same institution.
