Carem Rosito Mercio has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various industries such as Electrolux Professional, Comau, Amada Europe Engineering, Schneider Electric Automation Department, Amadeus IT Group, Urmet Domus, Shell, Intelig, and Meta Consultoria. Carem has held leadership roles in digital transformation, product development, advanced development, and technology. Carem has expertise in robotics, project management, and software engineering. Carem is currently serving as the Vice President Group Advanced Development & Electronics Operations and Innovation Competence Center at Electrolux Professional, where they previously held the position of Global R&D - Advanced Development & Technology Director. Prior to that, they worked at Comau as Digital Transformation Manager and Head of Product Development - Digital Initiatives Platform.
Carem Rosito Mercio has a diverse education history. Carem obtained a Global Executive MBA in International Economics & Negotiation from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 2018. In the same year, they also completed a Global Executive MBA in Digital Transformation & Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Prior to that, they pursued a Global Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from SDA Bocconi in 2017. In 2017, they also attended Copenhagen Business School for a Global Executive MBA focusing on Merge & Acquisition and Corporate Strategy. Earlier in their education, they earned a master's degree in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in 2011 and a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2006. Carem started their education journey at Instituto de Tecnologia ORT, where they completed a technical degree in Electronics from 1999 to 2002.
