Adam Radway has over 15 years of diverse experience in sales, management, and customer service within the electrical and thermal management industries. Currently serving as Plant Efficiency Manager and previously as Sales Project Manager at Electro Cables Inc since March 2021, Adam has also held various managerial roles at nVent Thermal Management, including North American Sales Support Manager and Canadian Customer Care Manager, from July 2015 to March 2021. Earlier career experiences include Outside Sales/Management Trainee at Guillevin International and multiple positions at Electro Cables Inc, starting from Production Worker to Sales Assistant. Adam Radway holds a Diploma in Corporate Sales and Marketing from Loyalist College, which was completed from 2007 to 2011.
