Rajiv Kumar is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President & Head HR at ElectrifAi since July 2021, Rajiv has a proven track record of managing and transforming HR operations globally, driving business priorities, and developing effective HR strategies. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources for Verint-Systems in India and the Philippines, and Head of Human Resources IT at InterGlobe Technologies, where Rajiv implemented innovative HR initiatives and improved metrics. Rajiv's career also includes roles at AIRCOM International, Aricent, airtel, Powersoft Consulting, DSQ Software, and Globsyn Technologies, showcasing a diverse background in HR management and alignment with business objectives. Rajiv holds a PGDBM in HRM from the Centre For Management Development in Modinagar.
