Mark Halpin is an experienced manager in the electricity transmission and distribution sector, currently serving as Manager at ESB since January 2019, focusing on major projects. Prior to this role, Mark held various managerial positions at ESB International from September 2004 to March 2019, including Manager for International T&D Networks Projects and Key Account Manager in Bahrain. Earlier career experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at Siemens (Ireland) from December 2001 to September 2004, and multiple engineering and project management positions at ESB International and GEC Alsthom Measurements. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Technological University Dublin, completed in 1990.
