Jan Knutson, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resource Generalist II at Electrical Consultants, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jan was retired from February 2023 to September 2023. From May 2018 to July 2022, Jan held the position of Human Resource Director at Rocky Mountain Crude Oil LLC. Notably, Jan was also the Human Resource Director at Youth Dynamics of Montana from October 2003 to September 2017, where leadership supported HR, benefits, and training needs for a workforce that expanded from 87 to over 500 employees across 27 locations. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Bozeman Deaconess Health Group and a Contract Specialist at ICF Kaiser Engineers. Jan is an alumnus of Metropolitan State University of Denver.
