Hugo Rangel has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Construction Laborer and Tower Foreman at Electric Conduit Construction since November 2014, Hugo has developed strong leadership skills and technical expertise. Previously, Hugo held the position of Tower Foreman at Finish Excavating from March 2014 to November 2014, and at Jacobs from January 2014 to March 2014. Earlier in the career, Hugo worked as a Tower Tech at WesTower Communications from February 2008 to October 2010, laying a solid foundation in tower construction and maintenance.
