Ryan Gray began their career in 2007 at Bishop Lifting Products, where they served as the Web Administrator. Ryan's responsibilities included the design, development, and management of the website, as well as managing the SQL server and IIS servers. Ryan also served as a Customer Service Rep, handling specific large company accounts and assisting new customers. Additionally, they opened and established a small satellite rigging shop in the Rockies, where they were responsible for inside sales duties, shipping and receiving, purchasing, inventory management, and rigging. In 2012, they became the President & Founder of Electric Brewing Supply, LLC, a small enterprise specializing in the sale of parts, manufactured products, and supplies for medium to advanced home brewing setups involving electric and gas automated controls. Ryan strived to re-define the status quo in electric and automated brewing through standard designs and game changing concepts.

Ryan Gray attended Michigan Technological University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
