Greg Pellegrino is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering, product development, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Electric since September 2021, Greg also provides expertise to Primary Venture Partners as an Expert, advising on investment strategies and emerging technologies. Greg's prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at Shadowbox, Inc. and Identity Automation, where leadership in software development lifecycle processes and operational efficiency was emphasized. With a strong foundation in product management from positions at Hostway and SoftNAS LLC, and a history of managing software engineering teams at Pivot3, Compaq/Hewlett-Packard, and serving as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve, Greg combines technical acumen with managerial prowess. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
