Bianca Kaushal-Carter has held a variety of roles in the field of education and public service. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Electives, where their role focuses on understanding the needs of their clients and finding the perfect Electives for their teams. From 2018-2022, they worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Manager of Prevention, Education, and Outreach and a Title IX Education Specialist. From 2017-2018, they worked at Washington University in St. Louis as a Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention Coordinator and a Graduate Fellow for the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs. In 2017, they also worked as a Research Assistant at the Relationship and Sexual Violence Assessment Initiative at the Institute of Public Health. From 2017-2018, they worked as a Project Lead for Technology and Nonprofits at Career Services at the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. In 2016, they worked as a Humanities Digital Workshop Fellow at Washington University in St. Louis. From 2014-2015, they worked as a Volunteer Community Outreach Coordinator and Victim Advocate at Saweraa and a Civic Engagement Fund Coordinator at the Gephardt Institute for Civic and Community Engagement. From 2014-2015, they also worked as a Programing and Marketing Assistant at the Gephardt Institute for Public Service at Washington University in St. Louis. Lastly, in 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate at Pier 1 Imports.
Bianca Kaushal-Carter has a Master's Degree in Systems Approach to Violence and Injury Prevention from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis, a Bachelor's Degree in Women's Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, and a High School Diploma from The Kinkaid School. Bianca also has a 40-Hour Domestic Violence Training certification from the Battered Women's Network of Chicago obtained in June 2013.
