Joseph J. Chiarella ATP, NRP, USA (Ret.) has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Joseph J. most recently served as the Regional Director of Business Development at Elective Staffing since August 2023. Prior to that, they were the Regional Director of Operations/Consultant at Perfecto Staffing from April 2022 to July 2023.

Joseph also held the position of TN/MS General Manager at AMERIMED EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, LLC from January 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a PSD Instructor at T1G/DoD/DoS from February 2018 to January 2019.

In addition, Joseph has served as the President of EMHC Ambulance from January 2017 to February 2018, and as the Regional Director of Operations at Rural/Metro Corporation from September 2015 to January 2017. Joseph J. also worked as the Practice Director at the Endocrine and Diabetes Clinic from May 2012 to August 2015.

Before transitioning into their civilian career, Joseph served in various roles in the military. Joseph J. was a Senior Lead Instructor at Tier 1 Group, LLC (T1G) from 2007 to 2012, and a Green Platoon Instructor at the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) from September 2005 to October 2007. Joseph began their career in the US Army and retired as SOCM in June 2005.

Joseph J. Chiarella ATP, NRP, USA (Ret.) has attended the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, but no specific degree or field of study is provided. Joseph J. also studied Executive Leadership at Cornell University. Along with their education, Joseph has obtained additional certifications, including ATP from USSOCOM, Flight Paramedic from BCCTP, and National Registry Paramedic.
