Michael Boda, D.Phil., Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief Electoral Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Elections Saskatchewan, overseeing a team of 180 and training over 12,000 election workers for provincial electoral events. With extensive experience in election administration, Boda has held significant roles at Good Governance International/Boda Consultancies, The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, and The Carter Center, providing expert advice and support for electoral reforms in various jurisdictions including Jordan and Pakistan. Boda's scholarly background includes a DPhil in Law from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University, complemented by a strong focus on international relations and public-sector accountability throughout a diverse career dedicated to enhancing democratic processes worldwide.
