Andrew Fayad is the co-founder and CEO of eLearning Mind, a company that provides online courses and resources for continuing education. Prior to ELM Learning, Fayad was with Axial, Inc., where they served as Corporate Member Development from June 2011 to November 2012. Andrew also worked as a Client Development Analyst at S&P Capital IQ from July 2010 to June 2011 and as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School from May 2010 to July 2010. From November 2012 to February 2013, Fayad was a Client Development Consultant at Olark, and they also served as the company's Cofounder from February 2009 to August 2009. In addition, Fayad has experience in sales and marketing, having worked as Sales & Marketing at HHA Services from April 2008 to August 2008.

Andrew Fayad graduated from the University of Michigan with an Honors B.A. in Economics and Psychology. Andrew then went on to get a certification from LinkedIn in Jeff Weiner on Establishing a Culture and a Plan for Scaling.
