Don Weobong serves as the Chief Executive Officer of eLeaP since May 2005, leading the creation of integrated solutions in Learning Management, Performance Management, and eQuality Management systems tailored for regulated industries. In addition, Don has been the President of Telania, LLC since March 2002, focusing on software solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity for businesses and nonprofits. Prior to these roles, Don held the position of Associate Director of IT at Spalding University from January 1998 to June 2000, where strategic IT initiatives were coordinated. Educational achievements include an MBA in Business Administration from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Spalding University, supplemented by qualifications in Information Technology and Business studies from various institutions in Ghana.
