Jennifer Schmidt currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Eleanor Health, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various leadership positions in human resources, including Director of Human Resources Administration at MarketerHire and Director, Systems and Rewards at Pearson Online & Blended Learning. Jennifer's extensive experience in the field also includes roles such as Director of Operations for the Employee Benefits Division at the State of Maryland and Director of HR Operations at Sylvan Learning. Jennifer began their career as a Benefits Administrator at US Foodservice and has progressively advanced through various HR roles. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Walden University and is currently a candidate for a Masters in Human Resources Management at Western Governors University, expected to graduate in 2026.
