BJ Perry serves as the Director of Operations at ELE Logistics, Inc., overseeing a team of transportation specialists and managing the day-to-day operations of a fleet of trucks and trailers. Prior to this role, BJ worked as a Parcel Shipping Supervisor at Britax Child Safety, where they led and motivated teams in the Parcel area for efficient processing of customer orders. BJ also served as a Distribution Coordinator, optimizing routing for domestic orders and coordinating with transportation carriers. With experience as an Event Supervisor at Your Event Source and a Database Entry Intern at McColl Partners, BJ brings a diverse skill set to their current role. BJ holds a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
