Eric Touminet is an experienced operations manager currently serving in the Geneva district for Eldora since September 2011. With a robust background in the hospitality industry, previous roles include Director of Operations at Hilton Evian-Les-Bains and Ramada Encore Genève, and various management positions at Hilton Prague, Holiday Inn Strasbourg, Inter-Continental Luxembourg, and Chateau Hotel Mont Royal Chantilly. Eric's education includes a BTS in Cuisine, Restauration et hébergement from Ecoles Hotelières de St Quentin en Yveline et de Strasbourg, completed between 1983 and 1990.
