Russell Monroe is a Product Development Engineer at Eldon James Corp. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Russell served as Company Layout Operations Manager at Holsinger Drywall from April 2020 to January 2022, leading interior layout processes on high-profile construction sites and developing Covid-19 protocols. Russell’s extensive experience at Halliburton from 2007 to 2019 includes positions such as Lead Technical Professional and District Technology Manager, overseeing production enhancement teams and mentoring engineers in the Northeast US. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
