Caitlyn Williams is a Therapeutic Gardening Educator at Eldergrow, serving memory care communities with therapeutic horticulture and nature art activities. This role involves leading classes designed to support individuals affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia, while maintaining strong client relationships to ensure the continuation of Eldergrow programs. Previous experience includes serving as an Administrative Program Assistant at the University of Vermont, where event orchestration and data management were key responsibilities, as well as a Legislative Intern for the State of Vermont, where legislative issues were researched and tracked. Caitlyn also held a Human Resources Intern position at Sodexo, assisting with event planning and recruitment activities, and served in various capacities at the University of Vermont Rubenstein School, Homes By Towne, and Indian Creek Pet Hospital. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
