Vivienne Campbell currently serves as the Assistant Executive Director at Mercy Retirement & Care Center, a position held since October 2018. Prior to this role, Vivienne worked as a Product Education Specialist at Gentell, Inc. from June 2017 to December 2019 and spent nearly two decades at Joerns Healthcare as the Regional Clinical Director from November 1999 to 2017. Educational qualifications include an RCFE Administrator Certificate from Care and Compliance, an Accreditation in Medical Sales from the Health Industry Distributors Association, a Diabetic Wound Certification from the Wound Care Education Institute, a Certified Safe Patient Handling Associate designation from the Association of Safe Patient Handling Professionals, a Wound Care Certification from the Wound Care Education Institute, and a Staff Development Certification from Pocus Education. Vivienne also holds an LVN Certification from the Conejo Valley School of Vocational Nursing, obtained between 1978 and 1980.
