Nathan Rich is a facility engineer at Erwin Hymer Group UK Ltd since June 2023, previously serving as a test and development engineer at Walker Filtration Limited from May 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Parker Hannifin from April 2016 to May 2022, including manufacturing technology and lean engineer positions within both capital and adsorption value streams, as well as serving as a manufacturing engineering apprentice. Nathan Rich holds a foundation degree in mechanical manufacturing engineering from Newcastle College (2018-2020), a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in mechanical engineering from Newcastle College (2016-2018), and an EAL Level 3 NVQ extended diploma in engineering from Northern Skills Group (2016-2018), alongside GCSEs from St Aidan's Catholic School (2005-2010).
