Timothy Nolan currently serves as the General Counsel at Elda River. Prior to this role, Timothy was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis and an Attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Timothy's previous experiences include serving as President of the Board of Directors at MTA Corp., General Manager at Ben Weitsman of Allegany, LLC, and Facility Manager at Valley Non-Ferrous Recycling, LLC. Timothy holds a J.D. in Law, Cum Laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Houghton University.
