Johanna Suominen is currently serving as the HR Manager at Elcoline Group since February 2023, responsible for leading and developing HR management functions and processes across the group and its subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Johanna worked as HR Country Manager at Halton Group, managing operative HR practices for approximately 400 employees in Finland. Experience also includes serving as HR Manager at KSS Energia Oy and taking on various communication and leadership roles within JCI Finland. Academic qualifications include a Master's of Science in Economics from LUT University and ongoing studies for a Master's in Engineering in Sustainable Energy, alongside multiple certifications in Human Resources Management and related fields.
