Diego Falsini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the heating solutions and logistics industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at ELCO Heating Solutions since May 2018, Diego has also held roles including Parts & Service Director and Field Service Manager. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Ariston Thermo Group from January 2012 to April 2018, focusing on planning, dispatching, logistics, and supply chain management across Europe and India. Additionally, Diego co-founded Operations Management Team s.r.l., acted as a consultant for the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and Enterprise Solutions Engineering Srl, and completed a logistics internship at Procter & Gamble. Diego holds a Ph.D. in Management Engineering, an MBA, and has pursued further studies at Carnegie Mellon University.
